Allow loading of game assets from disk.

Currently the compiler only supports loading of game assets (that are included in your game file) by compressing and attaching them to the exe, This process can be very slow and inefficient. Ideally, we would like to make this step optional and instead write codegen to load the resources via sprite_add(filename) an etc. We would also like to support grouping of resources so that a user may load and unload specific resources at certain times. IE load_resource_group(level1)
