In the GameData branch, I created a
write_resource_metahelper to unify the way resource metadata (such as names) is written. However, rooms were a special exception, because the room names are written elsewhere, as part of the room data. This isn't a huge deal, but the system leaves other room for improvement. The biggest issue is that all this data is written statically, even though most resources can be added/removed dynamically. Bottom line is, this code warrants a revisit.
