When assigning a relative path to an object the path plays with what was made in LGM's path editor, only it is flipped on the y-axis. This only happens with relative paths. Absolute paths aren't flipped and work as intended.
@faissaloo after further investigation I am unable to reproduce this issue outside of a game project I am working on, that I'd rather not provide the source for.
Can you make a copy of the game and delete most of the source except for the part that reproduces the path problem? That's the way to do it anyway.
What I seem to be able to reproduce is that the path points are backwards, not that the axis is flipped. This could be a bug in the plugin it may be writing the points backwards.
