Make icons for GM5-8 projects (plus an ENIGMA project in the case that it ever gets its own format) so that they can be used for type associations.

Preferably the way that Tango does it, with 16x16, 22x22 (with a 1px transparent border for 24x24), 32x32, and 48x48 (SVG) icons.

I dunno how to do it in Windows (I'm sure that someone here does), but I'll make the config for Linux.

Also, first person to take a the Windows .txt icon and smack a GM logo on it gets shot.

My proposals are, since I am now in the clear of being the "first person" and therefore likewise clear of being shot, as follows:

Typically programs use the logo for the program itself, and the file icon with logo embedded to indicate that it's a file associated with the program and not the program itself. I'd suggest taking the windows txt icon and slapping on the enigma logo.

The EGM text is dreadful.  We might as well just use the ENIGMA logo alone.  The LGM logo should be styled to match the ENIGMA logo, though.

The LGM logo is an SVG. Have at it. I'm in favor of blue. Besides, the red icon in the corner of my eye sometimes makes me think my computer has an error.
