BTW a few former CraftStudio developers made an open source game maker called SuperPowers,

http://superpowers-html5.com/Unlike CraftStudio, SuperPowers uses TypeScript and some new HTML5 components, the actual workflow is rather an IDE than Game Maker, but I feel most of things are done right(not perfect, but right), and it's still under development.
