EDIT: Can we put me on moderator preview, so someone approves everything that comes out of my mouth before I make a fool of myself? Or do I just provide comic relief for this community?
Last I checked, there's a delete option which lets you delete your post entirely.
EDIT: It's actually called "Remove" and it's located in the top right of your post.

Also, josh, make two text files: one that's lgm.bat and one that's lgm.sh, both containing:
java -jar lgm16b4.jar

And commit it.

java -jar lgm16b4.jar
pause
$ pause
bash: pause: command not found

And it's a stupid command, anyways.

You find a better way of keeping the terminal open when the user decides to double click the icon.

"Comment-out the debug flags and un-comment the release flags depending on how you want to build it."
Is that what I committed? >_<
Yes.

There is no other way to do it that isn't copy-pasting everything.  And I already did that for standalone.

I would have made a bash/batch script instead, but you insisted otherwise.
Actually, there is a way to do it sans redundant repetition. Make reads environment variables and lets you use them the same way as internal variables. Setting an environment variable on the same command line lets it exist for just that command. "make GRAPHICS=GL" is perfectly feasible.

Pause is fine for Windows. The terminal doesn't even open for bash files in Linux, so...

Rusky:
Is there a way to concatenate that variable into a path? "Graphics_Systems/" ## @GRAPHICS ## "/*.cpp" style?
Or, better yet, to include a second makefile from "Graphics_Systems/" ## @GRAPHICS ## "/" to promote easy extensibility?

The GNU Make Manual should help. There's something like "$(join list1,list2) that probably does what you want. Including a second makefile is definitely a good idea, most projects seem to do things that way.

Code: [Select]
echo "Press any key to continue...";read
And if you're so intent on pause:
Code: [Select]
su
echo -en '#!/bin/bash\necho "Press any key to continue...";read' > /bin/pause
chmod +x /bin/pause
exit
