The Box2D Simulation for download here:
http://enigma-dev.org/edc/games.php?game=46 doesn't run without a few small changes.
- The obj_gamestate Begin Step code should call the function b2d_pause_system() instead of b2d_pause_enable()
- The following objects use the b2d_body_apply_impulse_linear() function in their Normal Step code but they are missing the 'wake' bool as the last argument:
- obj_player
- obj_ball
- obj_box
After I made these changes, the simulation ran fine although the gravity and impulse values could use some tweaking. Right now gravity is extremely week and the impulses for movement make the player move around uncontrollably at times.
