Hi, Enigma work fine until I changed some preference setting. My Question is How do I restore the ide back to default? When I run it, it opens with a black screen. I'm using windows 8.1 Pro. Can you tell me where Enigma Stores it's ide settings so I can try and delete them and see if that works?

I think this should be under the issues help desk section.
Aside from that, ENIGMA makes a folder under C:\ProgramData, you can try deleting that, but I would assume the issue you have is a setting saved in the location of the enigma exe, if deleting the C:\ProgramData\Enigma folder does not work, try reinstalling ENIGMA altogether.

How does the blank screen really look? Can you post a picture? Because it should never happen. LGM stores it settings in some Java properties thing which I don't know is located. When you delete lateralgm.jar and put the one from installer, it should be fine. Maybe one of the LGM dev's can answer this better.

Under Windows, the settings of LateralGM are stored in the registry. Run the program Regedit and try to delete the folder HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\JavaSoft\Prefs\org\lateralgm, to see if it can fix your problem.
