now i know, for reproduce bug:
1 use function choose
2 set mingw64 (the error appear)
3 if select mingw32 in same section, appear same error of mingw64
this for cross compiling i don't know for windows

ok, i have try some test, the bug is present under linux:
anyway the problem is opengl1 , if you change setting in opengl3 , the bug not is present.
