No, I don't use the GIT one. I am still using the old SVN one, so I don't have to change those.

Then I will never give you the possibility to check_direct. I hate spamming and micspamming so if you want to create a nuisance then its great that ENIGMA doesn't allow you to.

And I don't see why I should do that if the one in the repo doesn't even work. But I guess I will just fork, then update the files I have and without testing I will leave them there. Later anyone interested will be able to get them.
Also, add the possibility to export 127-255 chars from LGM. Right now it just exports rectangles while the default charset on my PC is baltic and so it should have them (like GM). Or make the charset selectable. Also, fonts size bigger than 99. And when you make a font bigger than 65 or something LGM crashes. All this is just for heads up, and also can be deleted.

Yeah, you can delete all that.
About sprite editor: I like it and besides lacking an image editor - I have no problems with it.

Games don't usually need keyboard_check_direct (keypress without the window in focus?), but it can still be reality easily done. Look at Windows_callbacks.cpp and google WM_SYSKEYDOWN. I will probably do it just for a test, but I don't have a way to commit. Maybe I will post my file modifications in dtopbox.

Fede, what essential functions are missing? Because for me I don't need any anymore. I can even launch like 90% of my projects, just have to replace variable_local_exists functions, but I shouldn't of used them anyway in the first place. Maybe per pixel collision engine would be nice. And the build the fu**** game button.
I think that it should be nice if we could select the program to use for editing (like an options pane where you can copy path or browse to the program exe). The default it opens in is paint (which fucks up alpha), even though default for png is paint.net. So it doesn't use the default on the PC. I know you can edit something in the .jar and blah blah, but it would be nice to be able to do it inside LGM (also changing the look (style) and so on).
Also, if I want to make LGM use more RAM, how can I do it via ENIGMA.exe? Or I can't? Because if I "java -jar" then it can't find ENIGMA properly for me.

Well binaries are no longer a problem. For windows I also think I will be able to compile the ENIGMA.exe, and the .dll. LGM can be downloaded from Ism who should put links to newest LGM available (the link on the wiki seems good for that).
Now the problem is that ENIGMA doesn't actually work. Not because of binaries but because of everything else. Someone should fix that.

90% clone of GM6 by some not too distant time in the future.I believe ENIGMA already can do 90% (or even more) of what GM can. Function wise there is everything you need. The problem is just that you can't really "make" the exe, thus you can't distribute it, and so you can't use ENIGMA to actually create commercial or freeware games. On the other hand I have created a lot of cool things starting with games, screensavers and ending with music mixing programs in ENIGMA. And as I have implemented all of the surface functionality (but not committed as I can't), then ENIGMA has everything short of pixel and vertex shaders to create some really beautiful games. Some of the graphical eye candy I posted on IRC was this:
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/21117924/god_rays.exe
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/21117924/reflection_demo.exe
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/21117924/ball_reflect.exe (this has some flickering problems because of some d3d_model bug, but you can still see the cool dynamic reflection on the ball. You can grab the ball with left mouse, toggle interpolation with control, change background with B).

Sooo when is the new parser comming? Just kidding. You shouldn't take Cheeseboy seriously as I have always been certain that he is a troll. Also, he works in McDonalds as far as I know so his technical input should be void.
Also, I actually found out fundies forked the enigma-dev to fix windows like more than a month ago (I didn't see that because of innavigatable GIT), so how is that going? Did you fix it? And if you did then can you merge back? Because Ism said that I should fork, add all the functions, then merge (which I can't do I think), but if I can't run it on windows then I don't know if the functions will break anything. It doesn't on my ENIGMA, but its the last from SVN, which is a while ago.

Hey Josh, what do you think about increasing product price by, say, 10% to facilitate communication training, policies, and organization?

Well Josh is the slowest here. But he is not needed most of the time to get shit done. I already got ENIGMA to almost the perfect condition I need it in. I could upload the finishing touches (like screen_refresh fix, some surface functions and so on) but no one gave me the GIT still. The last problem that has been for ages is connected with the lacking ability of creating a "clean game". Josh says the icon bug has been fixed... but it will not be fixed in ENIGMA for a long time I suspect.
Also, the first two years in University were full of free time for me. Right now I got some shit to do, but I still manage to have up to 5 days a week free.

So still not being able to compile. Josh mentioned something about the "new makefile", but has the makefile changed since the GIT? It looks like the old one to me (though the new is bigger). So should I just try writing over the new one? Or maybe someone can fix the damn thing..

and the patched windres.exePatched? Didn't MinGW themselves fix the res problem? Or you did? Also, when will this icon thing be "live"?

And, HaRRi, we need your github username for that.

edit: Also, my nick on Git is TheExDeus so add me so I can f*** up the repo. I want to commit some surface functions and we will see how that ends up.

You also has the Parse fail. I thought that parsing .ey was essential as it holds paths and stuff. And I do have zlib... in the same folder it tries to search (but the path it tries to search is relative, so who knows what is the absolute one). Its weird that only windows has this problem now. Maybe Josh has ideas?
