Yep. Me. I'm considering to do the music too, because the main thing I'm shooting for with this project is to do it all by myself (or at least almost everything if my music skills turn out to suck like I remembered)
Edit: extented answer. Also, how I did it: I made the head in sculptris and lowered the poly count with blender's decimate modifier. Then the body was actually a bunch of metaballs morphed together (also in blender) the texture was actually an accident, I edited a picture of me eating marshmellows from when I went camping, I used pixlr.com's solarize effect several times, which gave it rather psychodelic colors, then I applied the texture inssweet home 3d and I thought it looked good so I just rolled with it =) Rendered it in sweethome3D...

I think it was Leonardo da Vinci who once said something along the lines of "If you build the robots, they will make games." or something to that effect.

It will be a RPG?
It will be a pre-rendered point-and-click adventure.

Pretty much. This scene is rather empty and unfinished but I thought to share it anyways:

Haha thanks. It's pre-rendered, meaning it's all images. I used Sweet Home 3d ( sweethome3d.com ) for the rendering engine and Blender and Sculptris for the models. Another spoiler, just in case you guys didn't catch it already the game's setting is in a museum. Here's the first floor's map: I am a little hesitant to advertise this, the game is christianity centered, hopefully that won't ruin it for you guys. for those of you who share a different perspective I'd like to encourage you to try my game when I release it, because I'm sure you'll find it fun regardless of the subject matter. more screens of that particular scene:

No, even better than that OBJ is going to be our default model format. we will have d3d too, but internally it will all be OBJ, the interface will be set up like images so that you would just expand the model formats code like you do for image formats in universal files somewhere.
