There's currently an issue (which is being fixed). Untick the MotionPlanning extension in the Settings and it should hopefully work.

How? When I open the settings ("ENIGMA Settings" under the resources), I see no option for extensions or motion planning. When I click the "Extensions" option, nothing happens.

If you update now it should be fixed anyway. I don't know why the extensions tab is not opening...

I think there were three options and I chose the middle one. If not, I chose stable. I moved svnkit.jar back so it would update, but it still continuously tries to update. I tried compiling a simple game I'm working on, but I got an error. This is what ENIGMA says

I think there were three options and I chose the middle one. That was testing you chose, which explains all these problems you've been having because testing has not been kept up to date at all. It has now been updated so it should hopefully work for you if you update but it more advisable that you use the dev trunk instead because testing will likely get outdated again.

I reinstalled with the dev trunk and it installed the libraries and lets me try to compile, but I get this error.
Building for mode (0) Cleaning up from previous executions Grabbing locals Location in memory of structure: 08489260 File version: 810

I'm reinstalling MinGW right now to see if that will fix anything.
EDIT: The error is not fixed now, but I am no longer missing msys-regex-1.dll.

Run from ENIGMA.exe again and see what it's saying.

It's installing updates. I'll see if that does anything. I'll also try some different programs to see if they are the problem.
EDIT: It seems the game I was using was part of the problem. If I try a different one, I don't get an error that early on, but it says that it failed to compile at the C++ level.

This forum really needs spoiler tags.
EDIT2: The reason the previous file would have compilation errors so early is because I used "distance" as a variable. I changed it to "dist" and it got further into compilation, but still ended with a compilation error at the C++ level. This error even occurs when I try to compile something with nothing but one room.

OK someone else had this issue as well and it was resolved when they replaced the compileEGMf.dll file:http://www.box.net/shared/m4omk79sfldupksz0izp

I still get the same error. compileEGMf.dll does go in the same directory as ENIGMA.exe, right?

God darn. He also reinstalled mingw as well as replacing that, I don't know if that was necessary...
This is getting ridiculous though, you're getting every problem in the book.

Well, I think this is the only one left. I already reinstalled MinGW, and that fixed some errors so I see no point in doing it again. If it means anything, I didn't originally have compileEGMf.dll until you gave me a download for it. Maybe something else is missing? This is what ENIGMA says after it fails to compile at the C++ level.
